This photo is special to me because we recreated my grandparents trip in 1985 with my Aunt and Uncle who are the children in this 1913 photo.
Ralph E. Akin, Sr.(b. 1886) and his son Ralph Jr. (b. 1906) are on the burro. Evelyn Flanders Akin (b.1884) and her daughter Ruth (b. 1908) are on the horse.
